Motorized Hydraulic Test Pumps

Motorized Hydraulic Test Pumps are a diagnostic machine which help to inspect the quality and performance of tubes, pipes, hoses, and cylinders. The tested components are filled with incompressible liquid, mainly water and oil, which are slowly pressed till a predetermined strength and time. Our Motorized Hydraulic Test Pumps can provide flow rate of up to 770 LPM.

Pump Construction

Design

Self venting, top centerline discharge, no air locking, back pullouts, simplifies maintenance without disturbing pipe connections.

Impeller

A semi open impeller with non clogging technology which handles light slurries without a problem. Dynamic and balanced impeller, less noise, less vibration.

Stuffing Box

Provide with a gland packing or mechanical seal. (High quality mechanical rotary seal for leak proof long life operation) on request.
