JDP Series

Air-operated diaphragm pumps are positive displacement pumps consisting of two pumping chambers. The pumping action is created by the movement of compressed air in these chambers. Because of this, the pumps are used for low-pressure applications but are known for their leakproof and robust operations. JEE Pumps has introduced the JDP Series Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pumps that employ two diaphragm layers to make the pump operations more efficient. As these pumps operate with compressed air and not electricity, they have a wide range of applications, from hazardous materials to highly viscous fluids.
Applications
Acidic & Abrasive Liquids
Our JDP Series Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pumps are extensively used in handling acidic and abrasive liquids as the pumps are not affected by the nature of the fluid they handle.
Slurry Transfer
In many industrial applications, the liquid, most commonly water, mixes with several components to become a thick slurry. Our JDP Series Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pumps are widely used to handle this slurry.
High Viscous Liquids
A high degree of suction lift is needed for handling highly viscous liquids, and our JDP Series Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pumps can generate them, which is why they are preferred for transferring high viscous liquids.
Chemical Plants
A lot of production processes in chemical plants involve acidic and hazardous fluids. Our JDP Series Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pumps are well suited for these applications and hence are deployed by many major players.
