Powered by dynamically balanced rotating motors, our Single Stage Horizontal Pumps works effortlessly and can have a long life. It has a quick automatic self-priming function which makes its maintenance extremely easy.

Pump Construction

Volute Casing

Heavy duty built in volute with self primimg features and integrally cast with base from closed grained C.I. castings

Impeller

Non-clogging design for high efficiency. Hand finished for perfectly smooth flow.

Shaft

Made from En9 steel which has ample space to transmit power without distortion or vibration.

Bearings

Antifriction ball bearings with single row deep grooved to provide maximum service. Grease lubrication arranged by grease cups

Stuffing Box

Deep gland box which are used for granite packaging are lubricated with grease.

Flanges

Companion flanges are supplied along with pumps

Rotation

Marked with arrow on casing of each pump. Check before coupling with prime mover.

Base Plate

Suitable base frame for all kinds of pumps
