JPF Series

PVDF CENTRIFUGAL PROCESS PUMPS

Considering the rising demand for chemically inert pumps in the plastic and chemical industries, JEE Pumps has launched the JPF Series PVDF Centrifugal Process Pumps. These pumps are made from Polyvinylidene Fluoride, which provides them with excellent resistance to chemical reactions and also enhances their overall life. Fundamentally they are centrifugal pumps designed for aggressive working environments and high-pressure systems. Moreover, its heavy-duty pedestal and metallic shell provide them much-needed stability. While they are extensively used by plastics and chemical industries, many other industries like water systems, metal finishing and steel manufacturing use this pump.

Applications

Plastic Industries

Many processes in the plastic industry require corrosive-proof systems. Our JPF series PVDF Centrifugal Process Pumps are designed with unique Polyvinylidene Fluoride material making them useful for these applications.

Water Treatment

JEE Pumps’ JPF series PVDF Centrifugal Process Pumps are chemically and mechanically very stable and hence are extensively used in water treatment plants, effluent treatment plants and even for electroplating and picking.

Insecticide & Pesticide Plants

Several manufacturing processes of insecticides, pesticides and other hazardous materials demand chemically stable pumps that can handle wear and tear; hence our JPF series PVDF Centrifugal Process Pumps are used.

Chemical Plants

Our JPF series PVDF Centrifugal Process Pumps are specially designed to handle reactive and hazardous chemicals like HCL, Sulphuric Acid / Alkali, Caustic liquid and others and therefore are used widely in chemical plants.

Gas Scrubbing

Scrubbing corrosive gases like NH3, CO2, SO3, SO2, L2, F2, Br2, Cl2 and more requires chemically inert pumps. Our JPF series PVDF Centrifugal Process Pumps fulfil this requirement and hence are used for gas scrubbing.

Pharmaceutical Industries

Our JPF series PVDF Centrifugal Process Pumps can efficiently handle hazardous or high-value liquids. Hence they are preferred as a good choice by pharmaceutical industries and also for dyes, chemicals, oil and aggressive materials.
