JSCP Series
HORIZONTALLY AXIALLY SPLIT CASING PUMPS
JEE Pumps offers a unique pump design: the horizontal split case pump. In the JSCP Series horizontally axially split casing pumps, the pump casing is divided into two different chambers. The casing split in this pump is horizontal to the impeller. The suction and discharge nozzles are in the bottom case fitted side by side while the impeller is positioned between the two bearings. This robust pump design allows higher flow capabilities with minimal power consumption. These pumps typically transfer low viscosity fluids with a high flow rate in various water transfer applications.
Pump Construction
Our JSCP Series horizontally axially split casing pumps are extensively used in water circulating applications like irrigation, desalination, water treatment and various wastewater applications.
The JSCP Series horizontally axially split casing pumps are preferred for fixed, high volume and low-pressure applications and are used in various processes in the construction sector.
Water cooling is a standard method deployed by various industrial applications and systems. For this, our JSCP Series horizontally axially split casing pumps recirculate water in cooling towers, HVAC systems and other processes.
The JSCP Series horizontally axially split casing pumps can transfer a massive volume of fluids like water. Hence, they are suitable for dewatering and other applications in the mining industry.
The ability of our JSCP Series horizontally axially split casing pumps to deliver a huge volume of water at a high flow rate makes them the best candidate for fire fighting pumps as they can unload a lot of water during emergencies.
Many water-intensive industrial processes like sugar and steel manufacturing plants use our JSCP Series horizontally axially split casing pumps to transfer huge volumes of fluid from one point to another.
