VERTICAL “IN-LINE” SELF-PRIMING LIQUID RING CENTRIFUGAL PUMP

The JSTP Series from JEE Pumps features a specially designed Vertical In-Line Self-Priming Liquid Ring Centrifugal Pump. As the name suggests, the impeller is in a vertical position, and the pump has a self-priming feature. Based on the working principles of a centrifugal pump, its unique design makes it a high head and low capacity pump. The pump can easily take a negative lift from 3 to 5 meters, which is why it is extensively used for handling thick solvents from barrels or tanks. Since the pump is fitted with a mechanical seal, it is advisable to have a suitable strainer before the pump inlet for protection.
