JTF Series

The JTF series is made up of Teflon and provides an essential alternative in the centrifugal process pump series. It uses the unique material of Polytetrafluorethylene, a thermoplastic polymer with very superior chemical resistance properties. This raw material enables the JTF series Teflon centrifugal process pumps to handle even the most reactive acids like nitric acids and others. It can handle liquids up to 100°C. The JTF series pumps feature no wetted metal components and hence are suitable for high purity applications where contact of the fluid with the metallic parts needs to be avoided.
Applications
Chemical Plants
Our JTF series Teflon centrifugal process pumps best use is in handling reactive and hazardous chemicals like HCL, Sulphuric Acid / Alkali, Caustic liquid and others.
Gas Scrubbing
The JTF series Teflon centrifugal process pumps are chemically stable and are extensively used for scrubbing corrosive gases like NH, CO, SO, SO, l, F, Br2, Cl and more.
Liquid Handling
Our JTF series Teflon centrifugal process pumps are widely used for handling liquids in the suitable temperature range in various industries like textile, paper, sugar, cellulose, food and steel.
Water Treatment
Our JTF series Teflon centrifugal process pumps are extensively used in water treatment plants, effluent treatment plants and even for electroplating and picking.
Pesticide & Insecticide Plants
The manufacturing processes of pesticides, insecticides and other such hazardous materials demand chemically stable pumps that can handle wear and tear; hence our JTF series Teflon centrifugal process pumps are used.
Chemical & Pharmaceutical
The ability to handle hazardous or high-value liquids efficiently makes our JTF series Teflon centrifugal process pumps the best choice in handline dyes, chemicals, oil and aggressive materials.
